Brad is a San Francisco based creative. He was born and raised near Philadelphia and moved to California to make ads. He's currently the creative / copy lead for and brand voice of Chime. Previously, he wrote copy and came up with creative strategy for Pinterest, Life360, and made cool stuff for brands while working at ad agencies. He’s a dad to two amazing kids and, after hours, runs an Instagram meme account with close to 100k followers (ask about that one).
I’m currently the creative / copy lead for and brand voice of Chime, the little fintech challenger that could. Joining early 2020 as the first and only copywriter, I quickly established our voice and helped transform a billion-dollar brand in the height of a pandemic. Four years, countless projects, and an established copy team later, Chime is still setting the industry bar and helping everyday Americans get more from their money. Banking doesn't have to be boring!- Selected projects

Hit me up to see a collection of lifecycle content, money how to’s, and more day-to-day.
Chime x 21 Savage
We partnered with 21 Savage and his Bank Account campaign to bring smart money lessons and scholarship opportunities to people across the country.
In this project, I pitched, wrote scripts for, and produced a series of creative—like social and web videos, landing pages, and lifecycle emails.
For the anthem film and principal photography, we worked with director Thuan Tran of On Lunch Break.
Chime x Shoe Surgeon
From concept, to pitch, to partnership. We drove and executed this campaign in-house. Our custom credit and debit inspired sneakers tell the story of innovation in an industry known for tradition.
These sweepstakes unlocked new audiences, drove WOM, increased sentiment, and resulted in expectation-exceeding social follower growth overnight.
- Chime “Ball On A Budget” x WNBA
You don’t need a bunch of cash to catch a fit. And “Ball On A Budget: WNBA” proves it. Watch these pro hoopers hit the racks and save that $$$, with scripts written by Yours Truly.
Riding the WNBA wave, this series drove record-setting traffic to our social channels while keeping it true to the culture. Drop fits not fortunes!
Chime “Pay It Forward”
x Marshawn LynchTelling Beast Mode what to say is no small task. Good thing we were both on our game that day.
The scripts I wrote for Chime’s “Pay It Forward” campaign kicked off 2024 with a W for social, paid, press, and our hearts (thanks Marshawn).
Life360
Prior to f*cking around in fintech, I directed all things copy at Life360. I joined the company as their sole in-house writer and was responsible for their written content across multiple platforms and channels—from establishing the app’s copy brand guidelines to developing brand communication, marketing campaigns, and video scripts, in-app product copy, as well as a completely new website, lifecycle, and good ol' direct mail. As the team grew, I creatively oversaw and managed a small team of contract writers.
Pinterest
Before Life360, I was a lead copywriter and creative strategist on Pinterest's in-house creative team for three years. During my time there, I worked with over 700 different brands who have advertised on the platform, writing a variety of original and brand-specific content with the objective of helping each partner reach and exceed their advertising goals on the daily.
As a creative strategist, I worked with brands directly to expand their marketing strategies and develop new and never before seen Pinterest-specific advertising creative. I also lead presentations to various creative teams across the country, spreading the word about Pinterest's creative best practices and custom campaign strategies.
Advertising
While working full-time and freelance for various agencies, I’ve concepted and written ads for a sizeable number of brands across a wide range of industries.
